Our guide Julia was superb. Her local knowledge and historical insight was really interesting. Perfect for our one night stay.
The food was all delicious, and so varied. Even the drinks were lovely.
We saw parts of the city we never would have found alone, and tried so many new foods. 5 stars!

This is one of the best food tours I have taken, and I have been on a few in different countries. We were very lucky that we were the only two people, so we had a private tour! Julia was obviously very passionate about her city with a great knowledge of its history and food. Every dish was delicious and not just the cheapest dish on the menu, but a well thought out sampling of traditional Polish food. I cant recommend the tour highly enough! Try it before everyone else discovers it!

Would recommended this to anyone visiting Wroclaw as we were not only able to taste some delicious food but, we learned so much about the local area too. This tour helped us shape the agenda for the rest of our stay based on Oliwia’s recommendations, from the outset she was fantastic.
£55 is a small price to pay for the amount of food you get to try (2x soups, dumplings, traditional spreads with bread, potato pancakes, flatbread pizza, Polish donut, beer and vodka) but more importantly you get a down to earth tour of the city with some quality recommendations on the ‘the best places to visit’ on your stay.
Thanks Oliwia, we now have a fun filled day planned tomorrow as well as being stuffed from all the grub!
Great compliment to the trip, would recommend doing at the beginning of your stay as this takes the pressure off researching things to do.

Jasmina was one of the best hosts we have ever had on any of the tours we have done. Her English is perfect and she is very knowledgeable about the history of Wroclaw, the food and it’s heritage as well as being some who you can easily just chat to have and have a laugh. She gave us of loads information about where to go and what to see and do during our time in this great city and we also swapped some great travel stories. The food is excellent and please show up hungry because there is a lot to eat! All the restaurants are very close so don’t worry about having to walk very far. My favourite was the beetroot soup, so good that we went back the next day for more! I would recommend this to anyone who is a foodie, this is a must do!

Jasmina was our guide and she did a great job. We were in a group of 12. The food was delicious and the portion size was good. Don't eat a meal before going on this tour. We visited 5 eateries. 1st stop we tried polish soups - we had a bowl each of 2 types of hot soups. The 2nd stop we tried 3 types of perogies. the 3rd stop we had a large filled polish donut that was still warm. The 4th stop we had fresh bread with a polish spread; a shot of vodka; and potato pancakes with several different toppings to sample. The 5th stop we had a craft beer and two types of polish pizza. Jasmina's English was excellent. She provided some history of Poland and Wroclaw. She provided information about the foods we ate and the traditions associated with them. At the last stop she provided us with a map of Wroclaw and gave tips on sites to see and places to eat. The day after the tour, we received an email summary of the foods we ate and a PDF Polish cookbook with several recipes. The tour lasted about 3-3.5 hours and involved a moderate amount of walking between stops. Highly recommend tour if you are interested in sampling delicious Polish food.

The food tour in Wroclaw was fantastic. Our guide, Jasmina, provided us with a great experience and the food/drink servings were very generous. Highly recommended.

We were lucky because we were the only couple who reserved that date, so we had a kind of a private tour. The tour was exciting, and we enjoyed every moment of it, but what made this tour so pleasant was the presence of Jasmina, the guide. She was full of knowledge and inspired a charming atmosphere. We had a conversation about many things that interested us about Poland, and she also had many good suggestions for our upcoming days in Wroclaw. We Recommend a tour warmly with her.

Unbelievably over priced, we paid about £70 for the evening and had less than €20 worth of food/ drink over the evening. Ok we had a nice host Olivia for the two us but that was the only plus .Its was a walk round some of wroclaws restaurants and a bakery visit ( closed!) Restaurants - churna chatna great soups but was only offered a water to drink had to insist on a beer. Then setna a ho hum pub food rock bar with a delicious (Not!) tub of bacon fat lump of sowercrout ( very sower) passable perogie , the konspirsa mixed main polish food good and in a restaurant you should go too because of the solidarity/ Soviet resistance theme . Then a good craft beer / deli place - one small beer and a goats cheese flatbread . For £70 they are have a laugh. Avoid this like the plague.

Our guest’s opinions that’s definitely what we value the most. I understand you didn’t enjoy the tour as you rated it as “terrible”, however, your actions and your own words show the experience differently.
The title of your review “not delicious” is surprising as you have enjoyed some of the dishes you tried. You have also revisited some of the restaurants after the tour and I have seen that you reviewed them with an excellent rating (you did emphasize in your review that you found that place thanks to the Food Tour- it’s another value that is hard to estimate- discovering local places and local tastes).
You paid for the tour 62 pounds, not 70 pounds (similar tours in other European cities cost like Prague, Paris, Budapest cost approx. 100 pounds) so your claim is false. The value of the food samples is definitely more than what you estimated, but it’s not a point. The tour description says exactly what is included in the price and if you thought that it’s not enough food/drinks it is your decision if you book it or not. We want to make it clear to our guests and write exactly what is included. The price includes also: TripAdvisor commission, taxes, and the gratitude for the guide. Our guides receive a fair salary and I believe you would agree with me as you have mentioned in your review that you enjoyed the Oliwia’s company.
I hope you understand that Food Tours is not only the value of the food and drinks you are tasting but mainly the experiencing polish culture, traditions, history, and cuisine.
Kind regards,
Kamila

Me and my partner we're lucky enough to be the only people on the tour (Wroclaw). Really this tour should be titled 'food, history and culture tour'. With each meal you're given a little history on the city, a description of how the food fits into Polish culture, and some great anecdotes about Polish life in general.
The food is well portioned, tastes amazing, and you WILL be full at the end (seriously, don't eat before!). If you're after an authentic Polish food experience this is the tour for you. The restaurants are off the beaten path, more like little gems the locals have mostly managed to hide around the main town square, and each restaurant has a beautifully unique atmosphere. Following the tour me and my partner developed an addiction to a Polish soup (Zurek) and went back for it EVERY SINGLE DAY!
Our tour guide Jasmina was absolutely incredible. Massively knowledgeable and passionate about both the food and city and we were fully engaged through the entire duration. She even took us for some sneak peaks at some of her favourite gems along the way (all of which we visited and found delicious). At the end of the tour she presented us with a map of the immediate area and annotated at least 10 different food establishments, as well as the best cultural locations to visit (botanical and japanese gardens, bout tours etc) which we built the rest of our trip around. If you go on this tour PLEASE go at the beginning as Jasmina will give you days worth things to do.
All in all this tour is nothing short of perfect, and this was the absolute highlight of our trip to Wroclaw.

Hello, I do not eat nuts as an ingredient. Do many of the meals contain nuts Please? Would this cause a problem? Thank you
