Dear Jane thanks for sharing satisfaction of the tours and our professional guides that you had for both days.We are always glad to read when travelers share their positive accounts of our tours for others on this platform to read. The change of the days for the tours without prior notice is understandably not acceptable.Will take this matter with the necessary seriousness and relay to operations team ,the importance of prior notice should changes occur. Regarding the hotel in Jerusalem, as it is an unbeatable central downtown walk everywhere location, but this is an issue recently, as there is a new pub! on this street, closeby that is the the source of the noise you heard. We have taken it up with the hotel , and will be doing a reconsideration regarding our use of it for this package. As you can well understand , for certain travelers this perfect walking distance location would be be preferable for their budget.
