Take your time and stroll around town. The views are great. The old fort and city walls up against the water is so photogenetic.

So I walked along the edge of San Juan Bay. At the mouth of the bay, the water and waves were choppy and intense, but as you went further in, the water and waves calmed and you go a beautiful view of the setting sun across the bay. There was also a strong breeze coming in across the water so it helped me cool off a little.

This was by far the WORST experience we have ever had renting a car. We weren't given the car that we reserved and already paid for and instead were given a much smaller compact car but were charged for a bigger vehicle. A few hours after having the car we found cockroaches all over our belongings in the car and immediately took it back to the company. We showed them pictures of the roaches in the car and the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were told it wasn't a big deal and that they would clean the car out for us and nothing more could be done. We asked for a new car since we didn't feel comfortable continuing to use the same car and some sort of discount given there were ROACHES in our vehicle. They switched our car for the same small car but told us we would not be able to receive a discount or certain percentage off. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that that wasn't possible. I'm not sure what company thinks is normal to find cockroaches in your vehicle. We brought up the concern that the vehicle wasn't cleaned or sanitary and they did not care or think it was their problem.
Once we came back from our trip they charged us an extra $130 because they said we returned the car late. We rented the car from 8/5/21 to 8/8/21 (we flew out of San Juan on the 8th and have our tickets to prove this). We received an email saying we returned the car on the 13th and are being charged incorrectly which is not true and have proof of this.

Beautiful blue-green body of water that you can't miss if you spend any time at all in San Juan. For a close up of the bay there's a walk path at water level that goes from Castillo de Morro to the La Princesss Fountain. There's also a ferry boat ride that takes you from San Juan to an island which is very inexpensive

We booked a car online at Europcar San Juan Airport in PR. A few points of attention:
- they are NOT located at the airport. You will need to get a shuttle or a taxi to get to their location. We took a taxi, as the shuttle had not arrived for about 45 min. A taxi costs about 10-15 USD.
- they had no stock when we arrived. we ended up waiting in a que for about 2 hours (no toilets at their location) with a lot of customers in front of us and each person needing to wait for another customer to drop of their car.
- we were told that despite our booking email explicitly stating that the booking was guaranteed until the end of the day, the people at the location stated this was not guaranteed because we did not pay upfront. This was not mentioned in the terms and conditions nor the email upfront.
- we were offered a smaller car (Toyota Yaris) than originally booked (being a Toyota Corolla) (or no car), so we accepted that. Europcar tried to invoice a substantially higher amount than we booked the original car for. After we made a fuss, this was amended.
- On the way back we did get a transfer from Europcar, but we added about an hour extra time just in case.

Esta Baía está llocalizada no centro dos monumentos históricos mais importantes de San Juan. A Baía oferece uma belíssima paisagem.

Came here many times during our short visit. It is beautiful at all times of day, but strolled all around here in the evenings for views of the sunsets. Exquisite!. You can see the Bacardi distillery across the bay. Very large area to walk with beautiful views all along the way. Very private, quiet and peaceful walk. You can watch the cruise ships coming and going through here.

My worst car rental experience so far. They charged me more than the double. They added in error more days to my rental after I returned the vehicle. They charged for their insurance even when I declined it, and is declined in all the paperworks because I used my own car insurance which they accepted. They charged me with a fee for returning the vehicle at a different location because the one I should have returned the car was closed. They told me I could leave the car on the sidewalk or on the street, all this at my own risk. I tried to solve the problem for over two weeks, I was only able to talk to a coatumer service named Vivian Montanez, but never received any call from the manager as I was promised several times. This people are so unprofessional and uneducated. They treat customers as if they were bothered by them. I travel to PR constantly, and I rent vehicles all the time, never before from this company...but never again.

The bay was very blue and clean. We saw quite a few people fishing. It was a stunning beautiful day to walk the perimeter of the bar.

This boat tour on the Paseadora around the San Juan Bay was really a learning experience to me. I learn about the different historical sites and events.Very punctual and inexpensive. I highly recommend this attraction for family groups. You can meet as a group for a special occasions. Great for honeymoon couples.
