What an amazing place - so unexpected and a real gem collection of everything to do with rail travel. Even if you are not into railways, you will be impressed by this incredible collection, topped off by a visit to the train set room - full of models, track and scenery. Well worth a visit and a donation as there is no charge for entry.
I had some amazing photos and videos but sadly unable to upload.

No real interest in railways? Not a problem.....just pop in and soak up some atmosphere of a quite unique collection and its curator.
Better still put off your next haircut till you're in town.

A gem for any history fan, this museum is located alongside a barbers store in Enniskillen.
It is a delightful, quirky and intriguing establishment operated by two most welcoming gentlemen.
An essential visit for anyone in Enniskillen.

An absolutely unique project full of information on the old railways and a glimpse at life in Enniskillen, Fermanagh and beyond in the last century. Very friendly and not to be missed

A wonderful place to take a look at fantastic railway memrobillia, chat to the lovely, friendly owner and have a hair cut. A unique experience.

Firstly it IS a working barber shop owned and run by two guys who live for the old railways that ran all across the northwest, now the "museum" will take you a full 3 and a half minutes to check out but if you are new to the area and even just need a hair cut check it out and dont be put off by the access off the street

Finding a truly exceptional small railway museum in a barbers shop was most unexpected. Any railway enthusiast who feels that historical memorabilia has been lost will be delighted to find a dedicated group of individuals has collected so many artifacts of the now abandoned local railways and have them on display in a gallery that also functions as a barbers shop. Visitors are made to feel most welcome and the entry is free.

What a little gem of a museum devoted to railway memorabilia at the back of a barber’s shop in one of Enniskillen’s main streets. Obviously a labour of love over a considerable period of time the display has been beautifully curated and displayed

The museum is very tiny but very full of information and it’s part of a barbers shop which is still working, you could spend 10 minutes taking a casual look or spend an hour or more reading everything. Don’t pass it by, there’s other interesting things, like the castle and if you are hungry I can recomend the merlot , the lovely little Greek restaurant Dukakis and the jolly sandwich for coffee or lunch and it’s beside the barbers shop
