הזמנתי שעת משחק בוירוס, כחלק מחגיגות יום ההולדת של בעלי, בעקבות המלצה חמה שקיבלתי. כשהגענו למקום, בזמן ובשעה שאושרו, התברר שהמקום מלא ואנחנו לא יכולים לשחק (!) הבחור במקום טען שמישהו התקשר לעדכן אותנו אך אף אחד לא דיבר או תקשר איתנו בשטם צורה ויותר מזה יום לפני עוד וידאתי הגעה בוואטס אפ ולא נאמר לי שום דבר לגבי דחייה של הפעילות. למרות הפצרותי (שלא לאמר תחינותי) כיוון שהיה מדובר בחלק מהפתעת יום הולדת ויום עם מספר פעילויות שתוכננו זו אחר זו, נתקלנו בקיר בדמות עובד שאמר שהוא רק איש צוות במקום ושאין שום דבר שהוא יכול לעשות. אולי המקום מצוין ו...אני מבינה שיש אירועים שנכנסים ורוצים להרוויח במקסימום, אבל להודיע לנו אחרי שהזמנו ואישרנו והגענו וחנינו (!!!) שאופס, אין מקום ולא נוכל לעשות את הפעילות, בלי שום ניסיון לשלב אותנו ולקיים בכל זאת את מה שהזמנו, זאת פשוט חוצפה מארץ החוצפות, שהרסה את הפתעת יום ההולדת. ועוד דבר...כשעשיתם טעות ויש לקוח סופר לא מרוצה ...נהוג לפחות לחזור ללקוח אחרי להתנצל או לפצות...מה שבמקרה זה לא קרה. בקיצור..טוב ככל שיהיה...המקום עם תודעת שירות גרועה ביותר וממש לא בטוח ששווה את עוגמת הנפש !

חוויה מצחיקה ומרגשת ומטורפת חובה ללכת!! היה לנו מדריך בשם אור שהכניס אותנו לאוירה, והיה אחד הטובים בשרות שנתן ובעזרה!!! ממליצה לכל האוהבי ריגושים ללכת.. (והייתי ממליצה לקחת יותר משעה זה חוייה שנסחפים אליה)😊😊

מתחם עשיר ומתחדש,תחזוקה טובה ביותר,צוות אדיב ביותר בראשות עדי. מומלץ לכל גיל. אפשר כמשפחה,כזוגות או סתם כבודדים.

We came with almost no expectations.
My wife don't usually like these kind of games.
A small place with small chambers in which every player get his gear.
It was our first time and it was so cool!
We loved the boa and arrow, and zombies!
The hour passed by so fast.
It is really enjoying and a really good time!

היינו היום בפעם הראשונה במתחם VR ובאנו בציפיות נמוכות. קיבל אותנו מדריך נחמד שהסביר את המשחק ונתן המלצות טובות.
מאד נהנינו, החוויה כייפית והמשחק בזוגות מעניין.
נשמח לחזור לשם שוב!

פעם ראשונה שמתנסים במשחקי VR. המקום מושקע ומסודר. ההדרכה טובה ונותנים יחס אישי ולא עומדים עם סטופר על השעון. החוויה עצמה ממש מגניבה, ממכרת ומומלצת לכולם.

דבר ראשון כשהגענו הכל ניראה איכותי מאוד כמו במשחק מחשב.
אחר כך יש הסברה מעניינת מאוד מוקלטת והסברה קלה של המדריך אחר כך ואז הולכים לחדר עם קרש על הרצפה וVR set ואת השאר כדאי לגלות לבד.
יש כ-40 משחקים שונים מ-Super Hot עד ל-Escape room
לסיכום לכל מי שיכול כדאי ואני יודע שאני אחזור!
אחר כך יש הסברה מעניינת מאוד מוקלטת והסברה קלה של המדריך אחר כך ואז הולכים לחדר עם קרש על הרצפה וVR set ואת השאר כדאי לגלות לבד.
יש כ-40 משחקים שונים מ-Super Hot עד ל-Escape room
לסיכום לכל מי שיכול כדאי ואני יודע שאני אחזור!

הלכנו כל המשפחה ונהננו מאוד. גם מהחוויה עצמה אבל לא פחות מהשירות המדהים שקיבלנו , הפך את כל החוויה למוצלחת הרבה יותר. אף פעם לא כתבנו חוות דעת אבל הפעם באמת הגיע להם
