Ali was so amazing that the 5-star excellent rating doesn't seem good enough! My teenage daughters had planned their own overnight trip to attend a concert in NYC. I was providing their transportation. When he learned the hotel they had chosen to stay at, he REdirected me to a safer choice for them that turned out to be so astounding that we're all going back as a family just to stay in the hotel! When they arrived to their concert before the doors even opened, Ali offered to grab them a meal while they wait and to provide an umbrella because it was raining lightly. Through good phone communication, he was right there when their concert ended so they didn't have to stand around late at night looking for him. He got them back to the hotel quickly (a little bit of magic involved in that I think), and my daughters loved him! My oldest said, "You can tell he's a dad -- he was totally prepared." High praise indeed. Thank you, Ali, from one parent to another!

The driver was on time, the car was immaculate, and the drive to the airport was pleasant. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

Professional, Friendly, Impeccably clean cars, Punctual
and most importantly safe drivers.
This is the BEST experience I have ever had with a car service company, and I will use them again.
I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Ali was very professional, meticulously on time, dressed appropriately and had very good manners. The car was clean and smooth. All expectations were met with flying colors.

Mask-less driver

Driver was not wearing a mask. We asked him to wear one and he did not. Every cab driver in NYC wore one as well as everyone at our hotel.
There was no Covid friendly plexiglass partition in between the front seat and the back like some car services.
Car was not waiting for us when we landed at JFK like other car services. We had to call and wait for him to show up.
Very expensive. Would not use again.

Amazing service! Clean and reliable. After 7 years of being driven by them I have never had a bad experience. I always feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of. Good people- LGBTQ+ friendly!

This is a great service. They are in touch with you constantly. Email and text reminders, letting you know when your driver is assigned, and the driver texts you to organize pick-up if you’re at an airport. Great, just great. No need to worry or wonder. The service I used to use went out of business. No wonder, if this is the competition. Well done!

Reliability, quality, affordability rolled into one service!

Islip Limo Care Service is run and managed by an extraordinary entrepreneur. I've been using the service for 3 years running and not once have they failed to pick me up early at my home, pick me up on time at the airport, show up with a clean car supplied with water, and ready to get you safely to your destination in comfort and care. Every car in clean and the owner - Ali - is super conscientious about cleanliness and providing the very best service. I've had to call on very short notice at times and I've never been let down. I just love the team and now I don't even think about driving myself to the airport - this is the best option for me by far and the rates are great! Especially when you consider the cost of parking, the hassle of driving and the transport from the parking facility to the terminal and back, this is a far superior experience.

Used them today to go from Patchogue to JFK. They were great. Driver was prompt, courteous, turned down the heat when I cracked the window, and they send out driver assignments ahead of time. Little pricey for what I wanted but I will use them again.
