Segway of Hershey was a fun experience. Our guide, Aliya, was great! She was very patient and was a great teacher. Her instructions were excellent. She was very professional, but fun. Talked and laughed with us along the way. It was a great experience. I would recommend making this part of your trip, especially if you're looking for something different. It's a great way to see the Hershey property from a different perspective.

My mom and I did a segway tour with Finnian, who was very kind and helpful. We went off road and had a great time! Finnian had many insights about the hotel.

We definitely recommend this tour! It was our first Segway experience, and our guides were very knowledgable. We were in a pretty big group, so the training took a long time - not sure how experienced Segway rides would feel about that. But then the tour itself was also a good length. We did the off-road piece as well, which was fabulous for my 15-year-old and a little scary for me. The fun was in riding the Segways - the "tour" of the hotel was basically a commercial for the hotel. All in all, it was a great time for us, and one that we'd recommend.

Segway of Hershey was a highlight of our trip! Our guide, Aliya, was truly fantastic. Her instructions for using the Segway were absolutely spot on. She was patient, professional and full of facts all along the tour. I highly recommend making this part of your trip to Hershey!!

We have done many Segway tours in the Eastern US. This was by far the best! Amazing communication before and after tour. So accommodating! They went out of their way to provide a tour that worked for our brief stay in Hershey. Don, our tour guide, made sure we were all safe Segway drivers before taking us on our 2 hour tour. Fun hills and off trail courses. Our favorite part, besides chatting with our tour guide, was getting to ride on the "Segway Playground". Zoomies is the best word I can think of to describe it. Highly recommend this tour!!!

What a wonderful experience! Our guides Aleigha and Ava were AMAZING! Supper easy to do too and I am not coordinated at all. Learned about the Hershey Hotel and the off road experience was great! Highly recommend it and we will be doing it again next time!

Loved it ! It was my experience with a segway and I left loving it ! I did the regular segway tour planning on going back to do the off-road as well.

The segway tour was a joyful experience and we highly recommend it! Don was our tour guide and he was great. You could tell he took his job seriously but was fun and friendly at the same time. You definitely won't regret booking this!

Aaliyah was such a wonderful and fabulous tour guide. Extremely personable and knowledgeable about both Segway and Hershey. Her instructions to ride the Segway were great and we spent plenty of time getting comfortable on our new set of wheels. It was super fun getting to ride and explore with her. We also did the off-road tour and are so glad we did. Riding one of these was a bucket list item for me, and I am so glad we did it. Hope to be back to try something new next time.

Hello, Thanks for the inquiry. We make a stop at the front of the Hotel usually and can use your camera, or ours and email you a photo. There is no charge. We look forward to having you on our tour!
Is there a discounted rate if you are staying at Hershey Lodge or Hotel Hershey?

Hello! Yes, the resort guest discount is valid for guests of The Hotel Hershey, The Hershey Lodge and The Hersheypark Campground. The rate is $75 per person for the combination History and Off-Road Tour, and $65 for the History Only Tour. The discount can only be applied when making the reservation over the phone. Another advantage is that you have the option to place the charges on your room bill at either The Hotel or The Lodge. I hope that answers your questions and I look forward to speaking with you! Hi! Yes there is minimum and maximum. The manufacturer states you need to between 100 & 260 pounds. Our tour has several hills which makes these limits all the more important. Thanks for the question! Hoping to see you soon!
