My wife and I visited this Park during our drive to Bendigo for a holiday. This is a nice place to stop for a walk, especially during Autumn with the colours of the autumn leaves and the pleasant weather.

This park adjoins the Botanic Gardens, so we visited both places.

Desperately needing a walk after a long drive... I located this park .., unsure where to park I found street parking adjacent to the park.

Walking into this park in the throes of Autumn is truly stunning. The air was crisp ... leaves crunched under my feet. The leaves swirled through the air each time the wind blew. This children’s playground is interactive with tractors, a water park, climbing ropes and much more. There are nearby toilets.

It’s a beautifully thought out park... well worth stopping for a walk.

Living very near to the Kyneton Community Park and the Botanic gardens, I regularly and free enjoy the positive vibe that comes from families having a wonderful time either for an hour or all day. Great to visit also on hot days due to the water feature and plenty of shade.

This is an absolutely fantastic park for children of various ages, with different sections suited to different ages, abilities and interests. As others have mentioned, there are the more traditional swings and slide, as well as a maze, tyres to climb in/under, tractors to climb and sit on, bbq/picnic facilities, toilets and grassy areas for play. The water play is a hit in summer, and in winter it is rarely busy, so rug up and enjoy the place to yourself!

Kyneton Community Park is at the back of the Botanic Gardens on Clowes Street. Great for kids with all the stuff they need but not a tourist attraction..

Awesome park with so much to do for the kids. The addition of the splash zone is great on a hot day- bring the bathers as the kids got soaked.

Spent a few hours here. Love that most of the play area is shaded.

Will definitely come back.

Spent about 3 hrs in this park. Perfect picnic facilities. Plenty of playground equipment for children of all ages. Lovely grassed area for ball games, clean toilets. Parking is on the street, short walk into park.

Lots of varied equipment and play structures. Has both the traditional slide and some swings as well as some mazes, balance structures, a ropes course and stacks of brightly painted recycled tyres to climb on, crawl through or hide in. The tractors were also a big hit. Will be even better once some of the vegetation grows a bit more to create plenty of nooks and crannies to explore. Some of the equipment is more suited to ages 4 and up rather than toddlers, but there is still plenty for smaller kids to enjoy.

Read in our local paper that this playground had opened. We decided to visit with our grandchildren today, despite it being a cold Winter's day.
Definitely wear warm coats and beanies, but do visit.
The new playground provides a wide range of experiences, all using natural or recycled materials. The play areas are well spaced out so there is plenty of room for children to move about.
Our grandchildren had a fantastic time over the 2 hours we were there.
We will return in the coming months, looking forward to seeing the new additions.
Congratulations to the group who had the vision to create this wonderful playground
