An enthusiastic 5 stars! We caught the Dirty Circus during Pride weekend and it was fantastic. The production quality was high and the talent was varied, polished, and incredibly entertaining. From acrobats to pole dancing to live singing drag queens, this show had it all. Our host, Junior Mintt, was gorgeous, charismatic,
and educational. The atmosphere is electric and the people are friendly. The only downsides were drinks were expensive (because New York) and if you pee sitting down, the bathroom lines are way too long.

One of the worst places you can ever visit in New York City. Expensive. Cover. Expensive drinks. Rude bouncers. Rude bar tenders. The whole staff is on drugs the whole time. Ignoring you when you need something. I noticed the bouncers in particular were acting racist and kicking out black people. This place is great if you like to waste time. Money. And don’t mind racism and hatred. This place used to be good. I came here in 2018. 2019. And had fun. But now this place sucks. Avoid at all costs!!

I can really appreciate the House of Yes.
Prior to coming here, I was.. well, cautious, having seen so many negative reviews (particularly the ones calling it a tourist trap). To be honest, I did stay for two shows/events, so perhaps the experience is different as a local that could come any or even every weekend.
That said, the decor and atmosphere leans young and fun. Chairs aren't anything luxurious, far from that - just tiny basic seats for shows and some cafe-like tables in the back. Standing/sitting on the floor is also an option. Even on a busy weekend night, there's plenty of space.
Performers and hosts are enthusiastic, happy for an audience.
A few of the people visiting here could be nicer though! A few were super preoccupied with taking pictures in front of the bathrooms that they were annoyed people were using it for its intended purpose.

Although the costumed performers were talented, the disorganization and difficulty of the experience made it not worth the while. They changed the time of the show last minute after the tickets were purchased and did not email or send any notifications. Apparently there was some Facebook post but for those of us who don’t have Facebook, we did not see it. So we showed up at 3pm and were told it wasn’t until 6pm, and had to wait around for three hours. Then when door’s finally did open, half of it wasn’t set up and we waited outside in the heat for a long time. It took two more hours for the party to actually get started, and you had to pay extra for a lot of the activities. Overall was not run very well, not by any fault of the employees there, but by the way it was managed.

No more costumes required. This party was amazing, 4 years ago. Now, they let anyone and everyone in… even if you’re wearing a full on suit. This place has gone downhill and become a basic tourist trap with people not willing to participate.

“House of Yes” is an unpredictable surprise. It’s a kind of magic circus where I found great music and very friendly, cool people ready to say “yes”! In few words, I had a lot of fun .

We chose to come here for this event, we had a great time.

We did not know what to expect but had a great time. Had tickets for a Burlesque Show but that wasn't exactly what we got - final act was a completely naked guy called Tigger. MC was great. Drinks prices not shown - $14 is too high for us so first one was our last one. The party goes on after the show and sounded like ti would have been a lot of fun to stay if we could have.

Sehr cooler Electro Club in Brooklyn. Guter Style und gute Musik. Vielfältiges und buntes Publikum incl. LGBT. Keine Anzugträger und Markenvictims. Akrobaten und Tänzerinnen mit gutem Programm. Der Club ist nicht zu groß.

This larger-than-life space allows people to lose their inhibitions amidst all the drama and visual feasts. People are totally self expressed and make for some interesting people-watching. This place feels like it has a life of its own thumping along with that of the people it hosts.
It has theme based nights so gotto check that bfr you land up. The second tjme we went for the Prince revisited night and it wasnt much. Maybe it wasnt my thing.

I suggest taking a cab to and from as the neighbourhood is a bit scary, and the train seems a bit scary too, especially for a solo women. The club in general feels very safe, lots of mixed people, straight, gay, lesbian etc. The clubs motto when we went was ‘consent’ so that was great! Have fun!!

Parking? were to park? I am coming from out of state, so we will have a car. Is there any lots or street parking and if so, how much should we plan for parking?

There are some lots around the club, but I'd reccomend Google Maps parking lots. If not, park somewhere secure and take transit in
