This is a serviced apartment with minimum service in a regular apartment building

We stayed here for 5 days. Placement is really good. Got the keys via an agent you have to call 30 min. before arrival, so no hotel but service apartment. So cleaning is taken care of and there are towels. However, cleaning is very poor and all appliances were sticky. Fridge did not close properly, toaster could not be used as it caused short circuit. One drying cloth with one set of towels per person are left in the apartment, not enough for 5 days!! Bathroom was not very clean either and old looking. Not enough maintenance. It is advertised with airco, but we found out that the airco is a small table ventilator, was very hot. This apartment is situated in a regular building with regular neighbours with an obstinate agressive litte boy playing ball on the terrace morning and evening ....... HELL! Then once morning at 8 am the opposite neighbours had their gardeners at work and they messed up the whole terrace with mud and leaves. Anyway, we managed to have a nice vacation and not let it get to us. It is ashame cause the place is nice and close to the beach, but it would have been nicer without the loud neighbours, with airco, and clean and maintained!!…
