My review is about the check-in procedure and lounge. As the highest status at IHG, you get things like dedicated check-in and lounge access which are always nice, yet on occasion you have the pleasure of interacting with people who make the experience truly enjoyable. The lounge at this hotel was staffed by Sanjay and Jiwon. Upon our arrival they did everything to make us feel welcome. Sanjay went out of his way to make sure we were fully accommodated both in the lounge and with our room. Even prior to arrival they reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. This “above and beyond” service makes this hotel our #1 choice in Dubai.

Loved my visit to this great hotel. Every member of staff was kind, courteous, helpful and there was always someone on hand offering assistance. It is modern, clean and cool throughout. I upgraded to a one bedroom residence on arrival in order to have a marina view. This then includes a large balcony to sit out and comfortable chairs / table. Really enjoyed watching marina life day and night. Breakfast was great and plentiful choice, served until 11am. The pool is small but very classy with a good bar and pool service. Comfy loungers and it does go into the shade later in the day but I liked this as so hot during my stay. I visited the spa briefly and the treatments look great. Location is excellent with it being very easy to get taxis to everywhere you need. Will certainly return as particularly good for business travel…

This hotel comes highly recommended. The staff for the 18 day stay went above and beyond. From housekeeping, business club lounge to the chefs and assisstant’s all around the various areas of the hotel. The intercontinental hotel Dubai Marina has become my new home and accommodation of choice when in Dubai. IHG hotels has always been my preferred choice and this location proves why! Special thanks to the following staff members: Club Lounge: Andrew, Jiwon, Nizlay, Sanjay and all the chefs. Award winning Chef: Chef shiva & Team Front house: All management, Anshul, Shadia & Team All the breakfast staff in Accents restaurant The pool staff! And the incredible GM whom was always involved to making sure her guests felt welcomed and at home! Antje! I recommend this hotel more than words can describe, it is more than 5 star and goes beyond expectations. The bonus is its location, incredible view and relaxing atmosphere amongst the excitement of dubai. I can’t wait to get back their soon! Very nice stay! Food was very good. Friendly staff. And hotel was cleaned to a high standard. Great pool and gym. I would also like to mention Jackline, who gave us a warm welcome every morning and learn our first names which is a special touch considering the amount of people she must greet every day! Tamer was also a very pleasant and helpful member of your team! I would say it was disappointing to not be able to use the sauna in the spa area as a hotel guest. Other than that, a great return stay, and we'd stay again
