I'm glad to know that you enjoyed our food, swimming-pool, landscape, etc. We are sorry to hear that your impression about the accommodation was not so good and especially you were not satisfied with the bed and the bathroom. We will certainly review the mentioned issues and address them properly in order to ensure service quality to our guests. We also apologize for your experience about dirty beach in a few days. This natural issue can occasionally occur due to weather changing. Besides, we checked History Book but unfortunatly we didn't find any guest complain regarding slow service in the recent past. Your problem should have been solved if we had received your information. Anyway, your opinion is certainly useful for our next plan in training staff. Dear Jorgio M, Thank you for your choice to stay with us recently. I'm quite disappointed to know that our standard was not up as you expected. Working in hospitality for a few years, I realize that it's impossible to please everyone. Your opinion about our service quality was recognized; however, it seems to be something unclear, I'd like to take this chance to clarify your misunderstand. It's reconfirmed that it's not allowed for our staff to ask for in-house guests' tip. Giving "Tip" or not, this depends on the guests. After check-in, our bellman hesitate to leave because he wants to know if you need any assistance after you come in the room and use facilities. It's free of charge 2 daily small bottle of mineral water, put on a tea table with coffee and tea together. We set-up minibar with charge in another area. I'm sorry that you misunderstand it's free, I guess you didn't see the price list enclosed. I think it's not a bad experience at all because you will note it for your next stay in any hotels. Relating to little friend - Lizard, as you know, Vietnam is a tropical country and you can find easy to see this little friend anywhere in southern Vietnam. He is not harmful to human, but helpful to eat mosquitoes. This also answers for my staff's positive attitude. I'm sorry that our staff didn't explain to you and deal with the issue immediately. I thank you for your opinion regarding Pool Bar, currently we don't have Pool Bar or F&B staff in the pool area. The staff you saw is responsible with security and cleaning, he's not trained as a waiter and his foreign language skill is not good as a receptionist or waiter. Your idea will be seriously discussed on our next meeting. To resorts you mentioned such as the Coco Beach or the Anantara, I have to admit that our standard is not as good as theirs. That's one of reasons why their prices are more very expensive than ours. It's an unfair comparision in this case because of different value money. Your stay history has been saved on our Guest Folio Book. Finally once again I'm sorry for any inconveniences you had experience when you stayed here. Les chambres donnant sur la plage offrent une vue magnifique, mais elle mériteraient un peu de peinture . Le service y est très lent et pas très efficace et le restaurant n'a rien de local (nem et mélange mayo ketchup).

Mon ami et moi avons eut l'occasion de séjourner dans ce resort totalement par hasard. En effet nous sommes arrivés à Mui Ne vers 2h du matin avec un bus de nuit. Nous n'avions pas prévu d'hôtel, n'avions plus de connexion wifi, en sommes nous étions un peu dans la "crotte"
