Dear Ch B, I would like to thank you for taking your time to share your experience among us. I am sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our outdoor swimming pool is closed since mid-September, and in order to avoid any wastes as we are member of the Planet 21 program, we will supply our pond with this water. To do so, we have to let the chloride evaporate, which explain the green colour of the pool. During the wintry season, our restaurant is closed from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, a restauration offer is maintained for our guests willing to have lunch or dinner. I would like to apologize for the issue with our new air con system. Please be sure that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Finally, as the security of our guests is essential, the access to our parking at night and during the weekend is relied to and intercom system.
