I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Nh Ancona for your stay as well as for sharing your experience with us. At the same time I’m really sorry that it didn’t live up your expectations at all.
Even if our hotel could seem “ vintage “, all our rooms have full comforts that ensure you to leave the best experience and to make you feel like at your own thanks to our free Wi-Fi, our super comfortable mattresses, our new TVs, minibars and hairdryers and it completely respects our chain standards and quality.
Concerning hotel refurbishment, since last year we have already made some improvements like the installation of parquet, new curtains, shower glasses and minibar in all our rooms and we are planning to do more, in order to offer our Guest the best service and the most comfortable stay.
On the other hand, I’m glad that you really appreciated our international breakfast, thought to satisfy everyone’s taste: from homemade fresh Italian pastry, to our healthy corner, with our delicious juices and fresh fruit, to our regional delights to gluten and lactose free products.
Our fantastic Staff, who is always at your complete disposal to encounter your needs and requests, in order to offer you an unique experience and to give you the best service, making you feel cuddled and at ease during your entire stay.
