With reference to your kind comment about the room, you described as a very clean and spacious one, I would like to thank you. Preserving the style of the historic property in which our Hotel takes place, providing at the same time all modern comforts and technologies is a daily challenge that we proudly want to satisfy.
I regret about your comment concerning our doormen and I am very surprised about the lack of staff at the entrance, that I can ensure you is always on full disposal, I can assume
it has been an unlucky coincidence probably during some very busy moments due to high occupancy.
I ensure you, I already have taken the appropriate measures in order to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences.
Usually we always receive very positive comments about our staff and I hope you will take this as an isolated case.
Concerning to your comment about other Guests wearing slippers in the breakfast area, I personally agree with you and although we always trust our Clients good taste and common sense, I have to inform you kindly that we have a dress code only for Dinner in the Restaurant Area and I am sorry if you experienced a problem with other Guests’ outfit.
Moreover, with reference to your desire to have waffles and fried eggs, with great pleasure I like to inform you that we are doing some updates and improvements to our already wide morning proposal just to have the chance to provide an even higher quality continental breakfast.
All the staff is always at complete disposal of our Guests in order to meet all their needs and expectations; if you could have informed the staff I am sure they could have intervened promptly.
