You have booked a Deluxe room, 23sqm approximately, castle view, with beautiful forniture, brand new matresses and soft 100% cotton sheets. You have paid 191.00 euro for the Deluxe room with breakfast included, which is a fair rate being high season. After the confirmation of stay, we have contacted you through email, letting know about the New Year's Eve dinner held in our Restaurant with the price and menu as part of the email.
You have replied with a table booked for two.
The pictures of the dishes mentioned by you, are present in our website as a la carte dishes, and have nothing to do with the New Year's Eve. You already knew that. As you already knew the cost of the parking spot and electric charge. All these information, have been sent clearly to you through email and explained during the check in.
Although we strive to serve our Guests at best, we feel sad about your review, also because we have applied you 20% of discount per each, on the menu cost, since your complain was only on the risotto dish.
