Super nous sommes restés une semaine, personnel aux petits soins mais comme souvent aux Emirats, le petit déjeuner est super, nous avons aussi testé l'iftar (période de ramadan) qui était vraiment top.
L'hôtel donne sur la piste de formule 1 top pour les amateurs.
Nous avons testé la nourriture du bar pour adulte et celle près de la piscine familiale les deux sont tops.
Nous avons rarement autant profité des infrastructures d'un hôtel mais il est simplement excellent
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au W abu dhabi , nous étions une famille de 10 personnes avec des enfants. Ce séjour est inoubliable pour nous tous aussi bien pour l'accueil, les prestations, les restaurants, la propreté et surtout le service impeccable.
Mentions spéciales pour Yvans le concierge d'une gentillesse immense et surtout un grand professionnel. Un immense merci également à Carlos , à Moataz et surtout à Khaled , une équipe qui donne envie de revenir une 3ème fois !

On pourrait penser que cet hôtel situé sur le circuit et la marina offrait des prestations dignes des grands hôtels , on est un peu déçu .
on ne sait pas si c'est à cause de l'agence EVIDENZIA et GOLFTRIP ou à cause du personnel , mais les défauts de préparation et les manques d'organisation suffisent à rendre le séjour désagréable .
Ajouté à celà une restauration moyenne voir limitée .
on gardera de cet établissement imposant ses chambres assez grandes et plutôt bien équipées heureusement .

Rest assured that we are taking appropriate measures to ensure that all mentioned service defects are being rectified and do not reoccur.
In 2019 we have completed the renovation and new design of our public spaces, and afterwards we planned to do the same for our guest rooms, however covid hit. The guest room renovation is still planned and we hope to begin very soon. Once complete I do hope we will get the chance to welcome you back to experience the new guest rooms.

Hôtel sans âme, en plein milieu du circuit de F1. Personnel pouvant manquer de compréhension. Service parfois très long ( petit déjeuner en chambre).
Établissement pouvant être tardivement très bruyant ( Circuit et musique du bar lounge).
Pas cool....
Les bars et restaurants sont chers.
Hôtel grosso modo à 20/25 kms de la mosquée, du Louvre, du cœur d’Abu Dhabi.
Une grosse usine....
