It is very unfortunate that you were disturbed by the noise, it is quite an unusual comment for our property and I am very sorry for the inconvenience you faced. We will try to identify your guest profile from the system to update it and ensure that we will allocate a room in a Quiet Zone for your future stays.
Indeed, our property is famous among business travelers, however, we do have a good number of leisure guests who enjoy the roof top swimming pool, spa, variety of restaurants & bars as well as the central location of the hotel with easy access to shopping malls, souqs and many other tourist attractions.
