Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Melia en aout 2019.
Hotel magnifique, piscine et plage tres jolies et propres.
Décor paradisiaque, personnel nombreux et disponible.
Il se situe dans un complexe d'hotel luxueux...donc pas l'impression d'etre à Bali. Tout est cher, les restos, les souvenirs...
Ne pas rester exclusivement dans ce complexe
Chambre tres belle mais toute petite...
Dur de conseiller Nusa Dua au final

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une zone "artificielle" entourée d'une clôture et surveillée, remplie d'hôtels de luxe. Nusa Dua. Loin de la culture balinaise.
Si vous souhaitez ne faire que du balnéaire et si vous aimez la foule, ça ira ! Le parc de l'hôtel est bien entretenu et le personnel agréable. Toutefois ne correspond pas aux critères d'un 5* (pas les chambres en tous cas).
Hôtel très cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels 5* sur Bali dont le standing est bien au dessus du Mélia. Mais c'est Nusa Dua !!
Piscine principale belle mais bruyante car beaucoup de monde, et pour accéder à l'autre il faut payer un supplément. Level ! Et manque de transats.
Quand à la plage, il ne faut pas y aller pour nager car espace limité . Et attention aux marées, plus d'eau à marée basse. Plage toutefois constamment nettoyée.

We regretted to learn that you found the hotel ambiance not authentic enough comparing to some other hotels in Bali. Being a part of Spanish hotel chain, as well as one of the first hotels built on the island more than 30 years ago, we were aiming to create a "home away from home" atmosphere for our guests, doing our best to provide a highest quality of service which could be found in finest Western hotels with a fine Balinese touch, represented by small details in decor and promoted by attentive and friendly service of our associates.

It’s also very unfortunate that you could not fully enjoy your time at the pool. As you may have already aware, we do offer alternatives for guests who much prefer a quiet and intimate holiday. Apart from the exclusive The Level experience which allows guests to access the private pool, beach and breakfast areas, we also have Lagoon Access Junior Suites which have direct access to the crystal clear lagoon pool and our Garden Villas are equipped with private pools.

In regards to the availability of the sunbed, you may rest assured that your feedback has been transmitted to our management team for further consideration. We appreciate your feedback as we are constantly reviewing ways to ensure the comfort of our guests.

We extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you might have experienced throughout your stay, and despite of these shortfalls, we are truly glad to see that you found our hotel to be well-maintained and our team extended the impeccable service we pride ourselves in.

Bien trop cher pour ce que cale est : l hôtel est vieillot et les chambres sont vielles, manque de produits odeur de canalisation...le all inclusive est bien trop cher! nous avons a bali fait de nombreux hôtels bien moins chers et d'une qualité finalement très haute en comparaison du melia qui semble vouloir se positionner dans le haut de gamme mais ne vaut pas plus que 3 voir 2 étoiles...Seul l' extérieur les jardins la plage vaut le coup le reste : PASSE VOTRE CHEMINS

bel hotel bien situé. Qualité de service irréprochable. La gentillesse des employés est exceptionnelle. Petit bemol le nbre de transat autour de la piscine et coté plage est à revoir. On doit se lever très très tot pour espérer en avoir un de disponible car cela devient une course tous les matins….on se croirait parfois dans un village Pierre et Vacance. Mais bon à part cela tout est parfait!

L’hôtel est très jolie et la plage belle mais le service presque inexistant et on doit systématiquement attendre au mois 20 Minutes pour tout (café, ...). Le petit-déjeuner pauvre avec un très mauvais service. Internet impossible et très lent. La chambre Sal. Impossible pour nous de retrouver dans cet hôtel. Rapport qualité /prix très pauvre. La carte des repas très pauvre et pas de goût. J’et Gêné d’av Amener ma famille là.

In relation to the room, we regretted to learn that we did not impress you with our room cleanliness and we extend our deepest apologies for any inconveniences you might have experienced. We regretted that you were not satisfied with our offer to move to a different room.

In regards of the prices of the hotel, we offer competitive prices in comparison with other upscale properties in Nusa Dua area. There are many great deals to choose from, as nowadays hotels and other companies are flexible to the guest's needs, offering different packages of services and facilities. The All Inclusive package allows to enjoy 24 hour free flow beverages with other benefits such as various food options, regular themed night buffet, non-motorized water sport equipment. In addition, our loyalty program Melia Rewards gives an opportunity to collect points for every dollar spent in restaurants and bars as well as for room reservation and YHI spa and then pay in our outlets with the points. Those who book the room via our website, will receive daily resort credit to spend in hotel restaurants and bars.

Finally, we would like to assure you that your comments have been forwarded to various departments for further follow up.
