In review of your experience, my apologies that a higher floor request was not available at time of arrival. This is unfortunate as each day we are served a large number of requests and typically are able to honor, although in peak season, demand outweighs our inventory. Certainly I will post your review for our team as through empowerment we might have offered a move on day 2 and/or offered an amenity for your inconvenience.
Comfort is important, and no component of our guest room is more important than the bed, which is why our sheets are lightly pressed allowing avoidance of any starch or residue which flattens the cotton. Thus, a simply softer cotton sheet is realized.
