Very disappointing to see this review. We offer servicing of room, we offer upon request. The reason for this is due to Covid, when we reintroduced full service, guests did not feel comfortable with our team entering their room. We have notices staying, if you require service to let us know.
For breakfast, again, our coffee station offers, breakfast pastries, sandwiches, parfait, barista coffee or if prefer something a more sit down breakfast, we recommend Blank Slate, 1 block away on 30th and Madison so you have options and we are happy to share them with you. If there was an issue with your bank card, come and talk to us and we can help find a solution.
We work very hard to give good service and have a nice relationship with guests so it is very disappointing to see this.
Perhaps on your next visit to New York, things will be different.
