It is true that our breakfasts are varied and our chefs dedicate a lot of time and effort to preparing different meals and presentations to please all the palates that visit us, which is why we are extremely happy with your comment.
As for your comment about our rooms, we are very sorry for not having met your expectations. We are disappointed to hear that the room change did not solve the problem to your satisfaction. During times of higher occupancy, such as the busy summer season it can indeed be more difficult to change rooms. We highly value the opinions of our guests, as we want to take the tastes and preferences of our clients into account when we plan changes in our hotel.
On the other hand, we regret that if at any time your rest was interrupted due to noise. If we have the pleasure of receiving your company again, do not hesitate to inform our staff of any problem, we will take care of solving it as soon as possible.
